17. What are the commission rates payable to affiliates?
The commission rate depends on the number of booking departures in a calendar month. Booking departures refer to completed bookings where the customer has stayed at and departed the hotel. All commission is calculated from our net margin on each booking. The following is our standard commission scale:

The formula used to calculate the payment is:
Commission Paid = (CI - HI - (CI*PP)) * ACP
CI = Client Invoice (what the client paid to us)
HI = Hotel Invoice (what we paid to the hotel)
PP = Processing Percentage = 2.6%
ACP = Affiliate Commission Percentage
